"I just spoke with Chazz and he has informed me that things are not looking well at all. Chazz did say yesterday that Frankie would open his eyes and try to smile in response to family members or loved ones, and the Dr's were doing all they could, trying new medications and draining fluid from Frankie's lungs.

Well, according to Chazz, as of 3:30pm today Frankie's condition is declining, he was not responding to medication nor to loved ones... he is not opening his eyes now when he is prompted to do so. Reluctantly Chazz has said that Frankie is lying on his side and continues to be non responsive, and at this rate the Dr's believe/expect that Frankie may pass tonight or early morning... barring a miracle.

Chazz said his health has been deteriorating since his fall last year abroad (immediately before we did his birthday cruise) and as we spoke we both came to the realization that may have been why Frankie insisted on traveling anyway despite his pain. Frankie commented several times about being with folks that loved him and loved to dance without all of the grandeur... just plain love and respect for one another as well as dance.

If you all think back to the last little talk and get together in Frankie's suite, he expressed his love and appreciation for all of us and thanked all of us for sharing so much with him and he did remind us that he was passing the torch to us... so, with that said, lets not falter when he needs us most. Remember the power of prayer and if it is God's will for him to go on to Heaven then we will accept that and continue to love, appreciate and celebrate Frankie's life and his love of dance.

Hopefully we will see him well again and soon and if not we will dance with him again in the big beyond. I hope I have not offended any of you, but I just felt the need to be honest and speak from my heart. Many of you asked for continuous updates when I heard from Chazz, so I am trying to keep that promise to you or fulfill the request made."

As you might have heard, Frankie entered the hospital a week and a half ago, due to problems with his medication. Then on Friday, he was taken into the intensive care unit after he developed pneumonia. It is a very serious situation. Although he cannot talk or move his limbs, he recognizes people and responds to their messages of caring and love. Throughout all of this his spirit remains strong and his family and close friends are with him.

Please take some time during your day to send Frankie healing energy, prayers and love and tell everyone you know to do the same.

Frankie is in the hospital and has been there since last Friday. He's being treated for a bad reaction to a medication and will remain in the hospital for poking, prodding and adjusting. He's very weak at the moment, and could use your prayers to get through this tough spot. However, all indications are that he's going to make a full recovery from this and is looking forward to seeing all of you at his birthday festival.
